My professional career began with a role in system/IT helpdesk support, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting and providing technical assistance. After almost a year, I transitioned to Microsoft 365 technical support, a field in which I have been thriving for the past four years. My experience in this role has allowed me to develop deep expertise in Microsoft 365, helping businesses and individuals leverage this powerful suite of tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.
